2) If you send a sizeable deposit, they will steal it.
3) They may demand for KYC
4) Any exchange that demands KYC is not anonymous
5) After sending them documents, they will insist on a video call.
6) There is no guarantee that after the video cal, you will get a refund.

An exchange service which has double standards in its polices or dealings is one not to be trusted, and that it one ChangeNOW seems to be. They claim that they are an anonymous service provider, yet they insist that some transactions in their discretion are worth looking into; and if you do not comply they seize your funds - this is after you have deposited. A true and transparent service provider, will make it clear beforehand, what to expect and what to do, to comply with policies so that they can provide their customers with a great service. But this i snot ChangeNow, they mask behind this to defraud people of their funds.

DeleteChangeNow is not a trustworthy business. How can you hold a customer's money for weeks claiming that you are performing a KYC check? how long does it take to perform a KYC on a user? And this is after claiming that you protect the anonymity of these same users. They don't act like a legitimate business. It looks like they purposefully make their policies vague enough to scam customers with huge amounts of money. They are acting suspicious. A company that changes office address and telephone numbers in the middle of a huge scam accusation is not one to be trusted. Clearly they are trying to find a way to keep the funds appropriated to themselves. I'm talking about the current case of 11BTC that they are currently battling with a user and seem inefficient in resolving. ReplyDeleteMy own with this is case is that ChangeNow have confessed that they did anonymous transactions for customers before. But now they are no more doing this type of transactions. Since the 11btc man, and the privcoin people did their business with them when the company is still doing anonymous transactions, then it is bullshit that the company ask for ID from both of them, because that time, they said they do anonymous transactions, and that is when both of them transact with them. It is because the money is big form this two customers that they want to steal it for their own.
ReplyDeleteI would not say it currently safe to exchange money with ChangeNow platform in this moment especially when it is a lot. A user´s 11BTC has been stuck with them for weeks now in the name of KYC check. What kind of anonymous exchange platform demands video calls from users before service can be done? Be very careful with them. And now in the middle of such a huge scam case, they have changed office address and company details, refusing to give out the new address. Sounds very suspicious.
ReplyDeleteChangeNow are selectively scamming users. Hiding behind a shell company in Belize, they are holding large deposits hostage. Their method seems to be to demand KYC, hoping the user does not comply. If they comply, they proceed too demand more stuff to frustrate and ensure that KYC pis a;almost impossible. This all too appropriate funds.
